Information intentionally collected

This site collects an email address when someone requests beta access. The signup timestamp, consent timestamp, and signup source are retained with that record. If you accept optional analytics, Google Analytics 4 may also receive basic page-view and browser or device information and set analytics cookies.

How the information is used

The email address is used for beta invitations and Riftsplit launch updates. Requesting access does not create a public account.

Analytics, cookies, and local storage

Google Analytics 4 loads only after you accept optional analytics on this site. It is used for basic page-view measurement using a fixed page address without query strings, fragments, referring URLs, or account identifiers in page fields. Analytics cookies may be set after acceptance. Advertising tags and cross-site advertising pixels are not enabled. Your choice is stored in this browser for 180 days and can be withdrawn through Your Privacy Choices. The app.riftsplit.com choice is separate. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track keep optional analytics off.

California Notice at Collection

Categories collected: identifiers, specifically the email address submitted for beta access; and, only after analytics acceptance, online identifiers and basic page-view and browser or device information. Purposes: beta invitation, launch updates, basic signup administration, abuse prevention, deletion handling, and accepted page-view measurement. Categories of third parties: infrastructure providers, Google as the optional analytics service provider, and any email delivery provider introduced later. Retention: beta signup records are retained while the beta waitlist is active unless deletion is requested or retention is no longer needed.

Do Not Sell or Share

Riftsplit does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Use Your Privacy Choices for the current opt-out status.

GPC and Do Not Track

Global Privacy Control and browser Do Not Track signals are honored by keeping optional analytics disabled and recording a local opt-out status.

Your requests

Subscribers may request access, correction, deletion, or opt-out handling. Privacy requests for Riftsplit are currently handled through support@forgemystory.com. We do not discriminate for exercising privacy rights.

Children and security

This beta signup page is not directed to children under 13. No online system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.

Email delivery providers may be introduced later. This notice should be updated if that occurs and should receive owner/legal review before broad launch.
